Solution-shaped cover letter
Answering an ad
The organisation's need, the resolution you propose, and the proof drawn from your own achievements.
The engine reads the ad, picks the achievements from your doctoral work that answer the need, and produces the pieces you send. Every claim carries the identifier of the achievement behind it.
Entry
You can start by writing your achievement repertoire. The configuration assessment comes later, when the engine actually needs it.
Open the engine Start with the configuration assessment →Repertoire saved as you go · Assessment: 48 items, ~10 min · No account required
Before you start
Sit down at a computer, allow 20 to 30 minutes, and gather your documents: thesis or draft, published or submitted articles, grant applications, CV. Your material is already written — the engine is going to read it.
What you get
Answering an ad
The organisation's need, the resolution you propose, and the proof drawn from your own achievements.
Direct approach
Short, addressed to a person, no filler: what you propose and what it rests on.
“Tell me about yourself”
Your track record in three minutes, with no thesis narrative and no apology for leaving academia.
Interview
Questions drawn from the ad itself, showing you read more than the job title.
The path
Five achievements minimum, six fields each. Everything is saved as you go, so you can stop and come back.
48 items, about ten minutes. It supplies the register, interests and values that steer the selection.
The refusal
It then names the cause: a repertoire too thin, which you can enrich, or a substantive mismatch with the role. Seven blocking checks run on every piece before delivery.
The configuration
The assessment stays free and readable on its own. Its first job is now to calibrate the translation: register, professional interests, values.
