Where to start
Two steps, in whichever order suits you: your achievement repertoire, and the assessment that configures the engine. Your answers are saved as you go, so you can stop and come back.
Before you start
Sit down at a computer, allow 20 to 30 minutes, and gather your documents: thesis or draft, articles, grant applications, CV. Your material is already written — the engine is going to read it.
Both steps happen once. Your repertoire and your profile serve every later application: from the second ad onwards, you paste the ad and you get the pieces.
Five achievements minimum, across several sittings if you like. The configuration assessment comes after: 48 items, about ten minutes.
